Lots of plant-sterol foods deplete cholesterol.
Plant sterols and stanols are substances that occur naturally in small amounts in many grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

    Which has the most?

    Cereals

    Rice bran
    Wheat germ
    Oat bran
    Bran
    Whole wheat
    Brown rice

    Legumes

    Dried peas
    Dried beans
    Lentils

    Nuts and Seeds

    Peanuts
    Almonds
    Walnuts
    Pecans
    Sunflower seeds
    Pumpkin seeds
    Sesame seeds

    Fruits and Vegetables

    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Brussels sprouts
    Dill
    Apples
    Avocados
    Tomato
    Vegetable oils
    Wheat germ oil
    Blueberries

And then there are all the fortified foods on the market.

Sumac is an excellent spice sprinkled on roast chicken or any chicken, and on oily fish. It helps cope with the cholesterol. Bitter herbs and salad keep the Liver and Gall bladder well, thus cholesterol gets used in the body, not building up in arteries. Angostura bitters helps keep digestion healthy so may help with good liver & gall bladder health.

Celtic salt is wonderful for getting one's blood circulation working well. A small glass of wine if people can cope. Or a couple of glasses occasionally to deeply relax the arteries. ie. gives it a flush out. Lots of green and lots of beans, lentils, chickpeas etc.

Try showering less often or using chlorine depletion showers or taps. Chlorine on the skin daily causes liver to not be so healthy. Lots of fresh purified water.

Am open to any other suggestions/ideas...
