Having lost to the Hualapai on its NEPA and NHPA claims, AZL and BLM have now agreed to a four-month delay so that the Hualapai can also pursue their Endangered Species Act claims. One would think that shareholders should be notified of this development, but it is not required under ASX rules. If you follow HotCopper, you already know about it. And doesn’t everybody do that?
