Dyeman nailed it.

Local wind speed (m/s) of 8.4 m/s was initially calculated 150m from ground level, based on mesoscale wind flow modeling. Wind speeds above 6 are considered “high”, so we're in a really good place on K2W. The current feasibility study is expected to confirm and increase this given turbine heights now stand well taller than 150m.

The below map, partly based on the mesoscale modeling, gives an idea as to the value of wind approvals in the region (green = high score).
