Jantimot, the seed is from Rhodia is to help the plant produce ree to the correct SPEC. Without the seed it would take Lynas longer than normal toget the parameters right. As lling Lamp needs seed it's bad news for investors. Once it's returned and no longer needs seed , it's fully tuned.
