agree with you RVR
HQ must enjoy messing with retailers heads by not releasing sufficient information in a regular manner and then to top it off when they do release something it is written in a cryptic manner???
they have now three people looking after PR, (amanda, alan and cameron) and still can't improve on their clarity???
