With ref to yesterdays announcement , Why is it so hard for Eric or NC to confirm that "target production" has been achieved?
That s all i need to know as a retail investor.

Rate of 11KTPA REO equates to 2.75 KTPA REO.
OR , CAN THEY ARGUE THAT 11KTPA REO rate is the average rate for the year not the first quarter ? So they already covered their rrr for the next announcement.
