    1. Ask someone to stop - Best option by far
    2.Tell Someone to stop - That involves the courts
    3. Compel someone to stop - That's Jail
    4. Kill them - War

    Smart people stay at the first level. Can't people grasp this?? it should be taught in schools World wide
