I reckon it will happen in February to be honest. Not sure when their governments and departments have a break, but just in my opinion it will be signed in February. Happy still to wait, as by the end of next year - we'll be saying "only a couple of months till we start production".
Hope everyone has a safe break, and returns to make (more) money next year. It hopefully will be a flyer.
