Hey - I'm not sure if you all read my post in Nov/Dec, cant actually remember the exact date. However, I rang the MD I think about early Dec and queried the contract with RIO.
From memory he advised me that all is good with the RIO contract and it's in the solicitors office being drawn up. I asked him how long and he said, early to late Feb.

I think from memory he might have said more likely late Feb but I dont know how to review my earlier posts?

Anyway, the point about this post is, nothing has changed expect that late Feb the announcement will be finalised, if where lucky earlier, but probably not likely.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, isnt the share price going to rocket once the announcement is finalised? Therefore, realisticly wouldnt the smart trader try and get in now before its too late?

I recon that if not this week than next for sure its gunna bolt?
