Directors and Management let their buddies know before any significant news !!!
Share business is not the same as old days when people invest in the company for dividend and steady growth but today the director and so called sophisticated investor turn the business into gambling. seems to me share market running on only news , one day share goes up more than 100 % and second day the same share come down with the same speed... is this not gamble?
Directors, Ceo, investor, broker house, inside traders all involve in this game. unfortunately ASIC seems to me is useless !!!!!!!!!!!!!
