I thought a more interesting title may get some more viewers!! :), but really, I need some others to read and comment on what they think of the joint venture.
It appears to me to mean
*NO capital raising ($3 mill up front and $5mill from share issue *the new issue at 15cps at a 50% premium to the 10c current sp *oppies with a strike price of 30cps which have the same date as current oppies(FXROA) of the end of March 2011. *keeping 40% of the IO asset without having to spend any money on getting it explored or to production.
That is some positive terms. It looks like we can expect a return to production and further exploration from FXR's current main 'focus' asset extremely soon while metal prices are so strong.
= a quick and large share price rise in my opinion.
what do others think??
