I think it is initially a case of perhaps if it appears too good to be true....., but brokers will do their usual head scratching and meetings and once understood (although a very simple deal) we should see the jump in share price happening very quickly.

The market was expecting a capital raising and as such the very low share price base from which to start - a good place to buy into imo
