Price have gone vertical as a coking coal shortage in China has emerged as highways in the coal-producing province of Shanxi were closed for repairs following heavy rainfall last month, but are these prices sustainable in the short term? The question would be are these prices sustainable?
In my opinion at the current spot prices this stock is way undervalued, but I doubt these current prices are sustainable, especially marginal producers coking coal mines re-start again, and they will be happy with $100/tonne price.
But the Chairman of Realm and Pricipal of Taurus Capital have stated that they are in it for the long term price scenario. And I doubt Taurus has 'deep pockets'. Which leads me to believe you take low price deck scenario of $70-80 that the foxleigh is profitable at those levels. It be good if somebody can me an opinion on Foxleigh's operating costs.
