Been a long term holder of a small parcel from long before the split. Fortuitously quadtripled that the day before the announcement because it had gotten rediculously cheap, whilst so much of the resources market (which I mostly stick to) had recovered a lot.

People kicking FPA for moving manufacturing, people kicking FPA for not doing it sooner. Well I support them, and believe the sp reflects NZers perenial "glass half empty" sentiment. That they have done so comparatively well over the past decade manufacturing from NZ and Oz is great credit to management, also for a NZ management to have succeeded with global expansion is a great credit.

This could be the great leap forward, it could just be survival, or it may make them a tastier morsel.

Happy with my much larger, but still tiny portfolio weighting.
