    I've only just joined this forum and am a first time investor, so apologies in advance for the newbie questions. I was looking at purchasing some MIL stocks today and noticed that the acronym 'FPO' was next to the MIL stock. I did a google search on FPO (Follow on Public Offer) and it says that there are two types of FPO. One is dilutive and one is non-dilutive. Can anyone shed some light on what type of FPO is going on at the moment with MIL?
