So we may get a spud date Announcement BEFORE the 13 July if SPP does not appear to be going well?

The date shown for actual spud was AFTER 23 July, which would still be consistent with all other 'knowledge' gleaned from othe sources - e.g. that BPT has already released the rig for about 2 weeks of maintenance and then 1 week to site for rigging up for spud.

IMO an early Ann. re spud before 13 July would be the most likely scenario.
