There aren't any guarantees with the market, but NWE is on the ground floor.
If it hits what we all expect, there is no way but up.
SXY has had a mild set back with oil production, but has increased its targets to 1m barrels of oil for 2013 and of course it is proving up quite a gem in its shale. Still many hundreds of millions in market cap but valuing its shale at almost zero.
