How long does the appeals process take?

Appeals are investigated and reported on as expeditiously as possible. The length of time taken for the Minister to determine an appeal depends on many factors including the complexity of the matter under appeal. As a general rule, an appeal against level of assessment usually takes around six weeks to be investigated.
