I am sure that they will release flow rates as they develop. I see the reason for the extended flow rate evaluation to make sure that high flow rates can be sustained for a long period of time without any drop of pressure.

Once the flow rates are stabilized, a re-evaliuation will surely take place. This will include the recourse upgrade. It makes sense to wait until the proof-of-concept is confirmed before speculation on any potential reserves.
