This is a good examples of personal and professional courage and integrity under fire. The Planning Officer and Councillors of Yorkshire are under all sort of pressure and intimidation by the loud protestor groups (some of which have legitimate concern). But they carry it on and carry it through with courage and professionalism that is required by the law and of their official duty in the face of irrational and emotive by protestors.
Unlike the LCC bunch who coward to the mobs to gain their ounce of popularity and political arse-covering with the anti-fracking brigades so the festive mobs can sing and praise their pretentious official duty as a councillor with duty to interpret the law and facts on its merits.
