To prevent PR issues, I assume they will wait a couple of weeks. Currently it is dry, even some hosepipe bans. So to start fracking in the same week will cause a shitstorm with protestors.
Relatively the impact is minimal, but won't look good.
Mind you, most of the year they had to tanker out water of the site, as they catch all rain... So if you make a balance, they add more to the water system then they will withdraw.
