All that matters is the law of the land and i dare say that hole in the ground last week that had gas comming from it may have something to do with this decision.
whether we think it is fair or not is beside the point, i say who are we to question, but to do such is to take away the faith in the industry of CSG. Once sophisticated investors get upset, they don't always come back quickly.
Why would ya, decision made too quickly and as a result, shutting investors out in the cold.
