I attended today's meeting and yes, the options were voted in.

Apparently the flow testing will be completed at the latest within 60 days. Depending on how it goes, it could be done within 30 days. 60 days is indicative.

Updates will be made weekly and the next announcement should be to announce that the flow testing has started. They said there will be results along the way which will be released on a weekly basis.
