I am sure that they will release initial stabilised flow rate and then weekly updates over the entire testing period.This means that the sp should react to the initial rate , as well as the ongoing rate, particularly if it is good and if there is no significant decline over the 60 days.
The sp remains very subdued, and once the SI's and other insiders have finished dumping, the management has to convince the market that they know what they are doing and that they will create real value.Right now management has a credibility problem that they need to overcome.In a good market with good management at the helm, the TSV sp would be somewhere in the range of 5-10cents.
PS. this last para will bring all the Terrace Twitters out complaining about whingers etc., but the fact is the Board has stuffed the pooch on this one.Unless the sp moves soon a lot of investors will decide to move on to greener pastures.
