I too read the blog on IMU and I had to check if I was reading the same article. He (not he/she!) was very complimentary about IMU management, making favourable comments about Paul Hopper, Axel Hoos, and Leslie Chong. The main point was that $3m wouldn't go far in running a clinical trial and that seems to make sense.
But if you felt so strongly about the article, why not enter into discussion on that site rather than rubbishing it here?
I don't agree with much of the content but at least it can be educational. It's not rubbish.
