I think I've covered that in the responses. On graph 2, what he says and what the graph shows differ. it sounds like there is a mistake on the graph. I'm checking that with him. I was never arguing the data was wrong - -only that the data as shown was not supporting what the statement said. And I stand by that. Larry has explained that some things were left off the graph and that graph 2 contains errors. With the extra info, the data looks better and certainly is worth chasing. But I would advise to never get too excited about mouse exps. There's heaps of stuff 'cured' in mice that never gets near the clinic. Next step is to see that work publiushed in a peer-reviewed journal.
