Very interesting slideshow demonstrating the broad effects in mice of Trofinetide.
The speaker makes the point that other drug compounds trialed unsuccessfully in Fragile X for humans had similar improvements that Neuren had in mice, so although the mice results were significant, we really have to wait for the unblinding of the recent study too see how much of an effect (if any) has occurred.
