As we draw closer I don't see too much enthusiasm from speculators, just us long-termers sitting back with fingers crossed. Confidence levels? I'm reasonably confident we have a winner with Trofinetide and Fragile X.
It's possible the results are absolutely outstanding - enough to make Big Pharma jump in boots and all. Perhaps that's why we have raised now - so we don't get squeezed in the negotiations?
