Is there any legal way by which shareholders can insist on a 'clean bill of health (both mental and physical)' for the director of a company responsible for so much money.
Airline pilots have to pass a medical every year. Would DP pass the test (mental and physical)? After all - monies invested equate to people's lives that have been placed in the hands of this director and his family (including the son-in-law).
