Will France and Germany contribute the bulk of the "armed" peacekeeping forces that they are advocating for Iraq, or will they leave it to others, as well?

Too bad about the Marshall Plan - it really went to supporting the wrong country. Germany and its Chancellor are now without any fallback plan whatsoever, whereas at least France has a "get out of jail" card up their sleeves. Pity then that last week's State election results further isolated the Chancellor and his Social Democrats.

Germany, such a lovely country, and especially, Bavaria, particularly if one was born of a Barossa heritage.
