    It is too easy to point fascism as Germany's political make up, as they were cash strapped due to the perceived 'back stabbers' via the repatriation of the Versailles treaty that left Germany financially inept, thus they turned feral during the Weimer republic.
    This will sound familiar in future, can't help the natural physics of politics, whatever that means, but cycles are amazing to pin point precedents.

    Germany actually encouraged industrialization and capitalism under Bismarck's rule during German Imperialism in the 1870's. Bismarck also served to manipulate the Reischtag.

    Germany had to turn fascist for they were economically smashed.
