You are absolutely correct and he is probably not a sucker to Deb and therefore not getting along with her and other senior leaders. New leadership always tries to changes things without knowing whether it will be good or bad for a company. They just trying to do something to show that they have an idea... and I am sure Deb will bring in a lot of her mates to AMP to work under her. This is how it works in a big company. I think we should point our fingers at Deb instead FDF.
