Hi all, Thanks for the ideas and considerations. A coffee van is one that i had thought of that can do the rounds at special events, industrial estates, near public transport hubs etc. where access to coffee is limited or people are on the move and need a quick caffeine hit, esp on cold Tas mornings. You can lease them from the get go if you want to reduce startup costs or buy one outright for the vicinity of $50k, although i haven't read all fine print. No rent but need a council licence or permit to operate.....unsure of cost and restriction/regulations.
Anyway, thanks for the thoughts and if there are any more, i'm all eyes.
