His current vehicle is Noble Pacific and if you read the TLZ announcements you will see that he has taken control of the company, is re-capitalizing it, raising a few million dollars to keep it in funds and he will have it back on the boards when the accounts have been prepared for the last few years.
There is another mob who tried to get their hands on it, but failed to come up with a firm business plan, so the courts kicked them out, leaving the way open for Frank Carr.
Don't underestimate this guy, he's a canny businessman and he will get the old Telezon moving again.
