Ah yes Miniskips, now wasn't that a classic example
of poor market timing by Frank Carr and his partner
Bob Rose(??) ..... they just got plain greedy.

Instead of bailing out while they were riding the crest
of the wave they just had to stay a little longer .....
and everybody got burnt.

Isn't it funny how those guys seemed to operate
better with a partner ......

Frank Carr and Bob ?, Yossie G and Ron Wise of
Magnum and Western Continental fame, Peter Briggs
and co ..... yet since those heady days they have
peformed poorly as individual traders/directors.

..... must say though, Frank is always looking for
an edge, in ANY deal that comes his way.
