Guess the only remaining questions is once it is listed will frank carr take profits on the next price surge or hold long term - what is his approach build a business up then hold or sell and move on ?
Will it have any debt if they also do a equity raising / cash raising via a sharemarket placement. Will it be institutions or retail investors in such a case ?
