Hey, let's not forget that Frank Carr ran Voicenet's share price from .15 cents to $3.00. If a shareholder is stupid/unlucky enough to buy at the top of the market such as many did in the Tech boom, I can assure you that is not Carr's fault.
Also, no-one else has stepped up to the plate to get Telezon re-listed again. But for Frank Carr all shareholders would lose the entire value of their holding.
Think about that before you can him for controlling a company whose shares slid when the Tech wreck occurred. Also look at the quality of some of the directors he is accumulating.
I also think you should find out what industry Telezon will be in before you guys denigrate him.
I can assure you there are myriads of shareholders like me out there relying on this guy to get their savings back.
