I know nothing of Frank Carr, but know a little of the old Voicenet (VNA) during the tech boom it could be said that if there was an award for the most rampant mangement during the boom years... VNA would be high on the list. If Frank was at the helm then he's been a naughty boy.

Tech to say he took VNA from 15c to $3.00 is twisting things a wee bit, after all any stock back then with a hint of technology attached would rocket to the moon, and if we are to say he took the company to $3 then it is also true he took it down to 1.3c latter.

VNAs reputation is well known, as the ALL NEW management of AFT (ex VNA) are well aware. They have had to re assure many a share holder that none of the old VNA boys are a part of AFT corp.

So you may well think Frank is above board but many do not,......Beware!
