How do you know the production increased suddenly?
Why do you care? As long as they can improve the current production process, I am happy and not interested in details.
As for explanation - it was stated that:
"Frank Rogers, Managing Director, has been working within the plant on a daily basis, managing the upgrade and overseeing improvements to the existing circuit that do not need alteration."
Please re-read the statement.
