The point is that Christ was teaching in a world of 2,000 ago. The basic fundamentals of science were hardly understood. Imagine Christ then teaching evolution? Not a soul would have had any idea of what He was talking about. Even 1,800 years later in Darwin's time, trying to convince the world about the truth of evolution still ruined lives and caused a massive push back from the church.
And today with the most complete and comprehensive evidence for evolution we still have smallish pockets of religious bigots who place a fundamental belief ahead of clear and unambiguous truth.
As for the body of Jesus, it was composed flesh and upon the death of His body it simply decomposed like any other body. Do you really need the Bible to tell you that. Christ's reality was spiritual. His teachings were for the purpose of educating the spirit of humans.
And you finished with the famous coup de grâce of the Christian. Challenge any one of their false beliefs and of course you are calling Jesus a liar. What if I'm just pointing out that you, Wotsup, don't understand your own religion?
The body is just a vehicle for the human spirit. There is no need for the exact body of Christ to return. Another body divinely inspired as was Christ will do.
