Hmmm seems to me that apart from the shorters all the other interested parties are happy for the negotiations to take as much time as is needed to resolve their conflicted issues. Why because in this industry, with this product, time is your ally as the trees grow and the yield from them improves. Bit like Penfolds Grange IMO. Also the FDA process grinds closer to conclusion of Stage 3 and Stage 2 trials.
