Feel free to add:
-Large equity stake (80million I beleive at the height of valuation).
-Large grower loans now called (I assume this is whats going to happen to all growers as well).
-Reputation damage;
-High probability of large legal proceedings that may/may not have merit - either way he will be in court for at least 2-3 years and this ain't cheap.
