    makes you wonder why we can't even crack back into 20c?
    the market is up 170pts and with a 24% lead from Frankfurt.
    spot u price is up $1 also... small i know but its a turn back in the right direction.
    only thing missing now is the announcement.
    seems to be taking far too long.
