When one considers the recent proposed law changes in the US in regard to fast tracking drugs/vaccines that prove beneficial and there is no cure/treatment for...coupled with the fact that patients will be treated with CVac for a MULTITUDE OF DIFFERENT CANCERS in Dubai this year...it makes the following statement from the article very interesting!

"Prima’s cancer treatment drug CVac just recently entered its three-year clinical test phase. If the medication works, the product launch is not far away"

If they know Ph IIb was successful, thus approving the start of Ph III testing (as boiler pointed out, when he held)...it makes one wonder why there has been a delay in the safety data AND the start of treatment in Dubai?

I am pretty sure that the more successful a drug/vaccine is...the longer the trial will continue...unless of course "someone" steps in to hasten the process in order to limit human suffering???
