As far as i can tell it is actually 47 days because the date of purchase and sale are not counted?
Can someone clarify that the 45 (47) days can include days before and after ex-div date? e.g. purchase 40 days before ex-div and sell 7 days after ex-div? (I think that is what the last sentence suggests).
