    Hi Pugsley,
    The really interesting bits of the PBO testimony are contained in what hard figures they produce in their full report. Basically they don't fit with the rhetoric.
    There is little evidence to support their view, it almost as if they arrived at a figure that would produce a number acceptable to the ALP, then worked their way back.
    Would you find it credible the idea that the effect, in aggregate , of all the various behavioral responses , would be equivalent to 25 percent of SMSF ff divis being diverted to essentially pooled funds?

    Now, ask yourself, why would the other 75 percent , be ignored?
    Would you ignore a loss, when it is easily avoided?
