Hi Logco, A pretty good summary article. But , if my memory serves me, the PBO said that although their figures were based on 2014/15, which were the latest, later on, there was a statement , written in "weasel" , which said their modelling took legislative changes, plus changes in behavior into account. If you looked at their actual numbers, that was manifestly untrue, or at least , if it was done, it was done with stunning incompetence. I think they have to do them again before the election, I will be fascinated to see what the updated report says. Perhaps starting with " Having further time and the chance to develop our models..................".
If an updated report says what I think it will say, the policy is in for lots of revisions , or even being canned, if the politics gets even worse for it.
