    hi Boomer, it was in the Australian and written by James Kirby. It is based on the existing law that all members of a pooled fund must be treated equally. Apparently this means that Labor would have to figure a way to ensure that people in accumulation phase are not subsidising those in pension phase by sharing their franking credits . Things are getting very messy and maybe even unworkable.
    And all this presupposes that Labor will get their policy through the Senate.
