I note that TGA has 36m in franking credits as some other posters have pointed out.
Question:
1. What happens to the franking credits in change of control situation whether by takeover or a merger?
2. For the franking credits to be used, the company has to be profitable and provide a dividend - which may be a problem for Thorn?
Cheers,
