eh?????. The NG policy was grandfathered not retrospective. The proposal was to limit NG to new construction and not paper shuffling of established places. That would stimulate the building industry and jobs across all industries such as fencing, lawns, retic, furniture, carpets, curtains etc. The whole economy can can grow . but instead we get the lining of pockets of real estate agents swapping houses.. It had majority support for changes but couldnt get their message across.
